Jenna Lam supports digital communications and public information for the People’s Budget Office, helping translate participatory budgeting and civic education into clear, accessible content for Philadelphia residents. Her work focuses on making public processes understandable and engaging through thoughtful digital strategy and storytelling.

She is a graduate of Temple University’s Film and Media Arts program and has participated in the Sundance Institute and The Asian American Foundation’s Artist Accelerator Program, the SEAD Project Changemaker Lab, POWER Interfaith Organizer Training and Housing Education LIbrary Tour, The Abolition School, and the People’s Budget Office Working Group. She has recently led fundraising efforts for Cambodian Girls Empowering 10th Anniversary Birthday Event to help sustain the organization’s operations. These experiences inform her approach to communications as a tool for public education and civic engagement.

Jenna is based in Philadelphia and brings a clarity-driven, service-oriented lens to public-facing communications.
