We highly encourage Philadelphian’s to give public testimony on the City Budget. This is a great opportunity to have your voice heard and speak directly to City Council.

There are a few important steps to note when signing up for Public Testimony!

Location: Budget hearings will be held in person at Philadelphia City Council Chambers, Room 400 (Fourth Floor), City Hall.

To sign up: call 215-686-3407 or email Budget.Hearings@phila.gov by 3 p.m. on the day prior to the public testimony session at which they wish to speak and submit the following information:

• Full name

• Callback telephone number where you can be reached

• Identify the bill number or resolution number or numbers that will be addressed

Find your City Council member by using this tool from Committee of Seventy.

Send your Council Member an email, make an appointment at their office (or just show up!), or give them a call.
